i have to give full credit 2 misbah as he has stabilised the team and leads frm the front.his performance iz also outstanding.he makes the other boys feel comfortable nd relaxed so they actually enjoy cricket.he is mature nd willing 2 listen.the only unfortunate thing is his age factor
